Software is a  program code. it is an executable code, that serves some computational purpose.

it is all about developing products in better manner with the use of  well-defined methods.

Introduction

Software engineering is used, for designing and writing programs of computers or electronic devices.
A person who writes software (or changes existing software) and compiles software using methods that make it good quality is called software engineer.
